Fendalton Masterpiece

Fendalton Masterpiece

A stunning two storey build situated on a Fendalton back section property with tennis court, swimming pool and outdoor living and entertainment areas. Sheppard and Rout outdid themselves with this design.

Especially with the views of the boundary line stream, visible from the main dining and living areas.

A striking, modern structure that utilises the textural counterpoint of steel, cedar and glass to create elegant geometry while the interior’s rusticated American Oak and alabaster creates spaces that are classical, warm and inviting.

The Branquinho chandelier in the entranceway makes a dazzling first impression that sets the tone for a suite of modern fixtures and fittings with an antique aesthetic influence.
